Mezcal cocktail Black Cat

Ingredients:

1 grapefruit disk Scant

1 teaspoon sugarcane syrup

1 ounce Mezcal

½ ounce Ransom Old Tom gin

½ ounce Hayman’s Old Tom gin

½ ounce Punt e Mes

½ ounce Lustau amontillado sherry Grapefruit twist for garnish

 

Instructions:

Muddle the grapefruit disk in the sugarcane syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Fill with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Express the grapefruit twist over the surface and drop it into the drink.
