2 ounces Tequila blanco
¾ ounce Dolin Génépy des Alpes liqueur
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ ounce Small Hand Foods pineapple gum syrup
4 dashes orange bitters
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Combine the ingredients, except the garnish, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
