2 ounces Tequila Plata
¾ ounce Giffard orgeat
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Giffard Menthe-Pastille
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. (No garnish.)
