Mezcal cocktail Polar Bear

Ingredients:

1½ ounces Mezcal

¾ ounce Dolin blanc vermouth

½ ounce Tempus Fugit crème de menthe

6 drops Angelica Tincture

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. (No garnish.)
